Where is your factory located and may I visit?

We’re located at Guangdong, China since 2010, welcome your visiting at any time.

Could we meet in Hongkong Jewery show?

Yes, our team attend Hongkong Jewlery show every March,June and September in every year.

Could I get updates from different ongoing projects then no need worry on the progress?

Absolutely, our projects manager will update the projects management files weekly when over 3 projects are ongoing at the same time. Save your headache on it.

When our brand grows, could you design new styles for us exclusively every season?

That’s part of our service for all partners. So our partners just need focus on marketing and our team will take good care of all products part, including new launches.

We need fast response on our projects, could you make it?

Efficiency is what we care most for our partnerships. Sales managers are standby to do video conference meetings for any new projects and ready to provide flexible solution within the day of discussion.

Manufacturing

How you do quality check and keep the consistency for bulk?

100% QC is solid procedure for all order , either it’s 300pcs or 30,000pcs. Two rounds of QC procedures including IPQC and OQC.

Machines are assisting for QC work , including the plating color and quality details by test reports.

How long time we should expect for CAD artwork after quotation is confirmed?

Regularly 1-2 days.

Could you produce 316L stainless steel jewelry than market 304 stainless steel?

Yes, we use more 316L stainless steel for brands custom projects. Test reports could be provided.

Are you doing premium PVD plating standard?

Yes, standard PVD waterproof plating solution is applied in our production solution. Which plating layer contains solid gold to secure long lasting quality.

Could you source beads materials for handcraft jewelry styles?

Yes, we invested in custom stone production factory , signed contract with our fresh water pearl partner , also contract with various raw material suppliers like Miyuki Japan, to make sure the priority supply to our factory works all the time.

Customization

Could you produce my own designs?

Yes, custom styles are what we’re good at since 2010.

How long time custom stainless steel styles production will take?

Regular styles production lead time is about 3-4 weeks. Depends on the specific structures and finishes.

Could we have a visual idea for a new style before confirming production in bulk?

Yes, CAD artwork will be provided before sampling to physical sample. And PPS(pre-production sample) will be provided for approval before bulk production, making sure no risks.

How can we share our ideas for new styles?

Our team could help clients bring ideas to reality , from hand-drawing sketches or designing files, even by reference pics. Hassle-free to create New.

Could we request for our market favorite plating color or plating quality frame?

Yes, we’re able to customize the plating colors or quality frame based on clients market need. Better to ship physical sample to us then align on the quality details.

Could we choose our favorite stones for our own bracelet and necklace?

Yes, natural stone color chart will be provided for custom stone products. Whatever is the stone type or shape or size ,etc.

Could you provide options for durable cords/strings to create our high quality handcraft jewelry line?

Yes, team is working on various cords for premium handcraft jewelry, including wax cords, leather cords , polyester cord , cotton cords,silicone string,tiger tail,etc.
Custom material cords could be done as well beside available ones.  

What’s the MOQ for customized styles?

Regular MOQ is 100-300pcs for jewelry pieces. Findings will require 300-1000pcs per style. Depends on specific structure and finish.

Could you engrave our logo on your available stock styles?

Yes, either engrave logo or add on logo tag to current pieces.

How could you secure our urgent orders with strict timeline?

Flexible solutions are available when you issue urgent orders. That’s what we’re good at.

-Raw accessories could prepare in advance to save time .
-Also our contract raw materials supplier partners will supply to our factory with priority always.  
– We could pay extra for working over time to speed up production procedures.
– Another advantage is production happens almost in-house under well control.

Services

Do you provide drop-shipping service?

We don’t do drop-shipping in our factory but we could recommend the 3PL in China to achieve your drop-shipping demand.

Could you provide products shooting service?

Yes, we could do professional products shooting for partners, main for plain backgroud HD pics for website or social media platform use.  Also model/mood pics and videos by AI tool.

Could you do labeling for my bulk products?

Yes, we could provide various jewelry products labels for packaging and marketing purpose.

Could you deliver goods to my agent in China?

Yes, we could deliver goods to any place in China within 3 days.

How can I know could you ship to my country/city/address directly?

You can check from DHL/FedEx/UPS websites , we signed agreements with reliable global logistic companies with good prices rate.

Quality Control

Does your QC is 100% for each piece before packaging and shipping?

Yes. This is highly promised and any manufacturing defectives will be replenished or refund once you find when receiving the parcel .

Could you provide the test reports based what we ordered?

Yes, team could assist to do that. Like SGS tests. Regularly 2-3weeks.

Did you do Salt spray test for products and how long it can pass?

Yes, 48-72 hours regularly.

Could you provide the test report of plating layers?

Yes. Test report could be tested and provided by Garman-made test machine.

Does your products meet requests of PROP65 for USA market and REACH for Europe market?

Yes, test reports can be provided accordingly.

Warranty

How do you promise on warranty of my ordered products?

We will take immediate full responsibility to any manufacturing defectives after you receive the parcel in 7 days.

How long time warranty does your factory issue for stainless steel products?

Regular 1 year for daily wearing under taking good care of jewelry pieces.

Could you make sure products are aligning with PROP65 and REACH quality standard?

Yes, we could help do the strict products tests for all partners. Being transparent is one of basic principle in S&J factory.

How many years warranty I should issue to my market regarding stainless steel jewelry products?

It depends , regular 1-3 years will do.

Does salty water swimming under products warranty?

Nope. We do not recommend to wearing jewelry pieces in salty water sports. Also need wash it with clean water after that.

Packaging

Do you work on packaging for brands?

Yes, we could pack goods properly based on client packaging requests after 100% QC of bulk goods.

Could you recommend what kind of package to use?

Team will provide professional solutions after getting to know your target costs and marketing ideas.

The shipping cost is high for bulk packed products, how can I do?

Pouches or folded cases are recommended to save shipping cost. Also various shipping solutions are available to save costs for our partners.

Could you produce packages for us or I need order from other factory then ship to you?

We could produce packages from our invested package factory in 2020 , saving your cost and headache on management.  

Could we keep our package in your warehouse if we can’t use all of them in one order?

Yes, we could produce in certain MOQ and keep the balance qty here for future reorders.
