All metal materials must pass a strict purity inspection to ensure they contain no additives or armful chemicals. This guarantees the metals are safe and can handle the shaping process. For other beads materials, color deviation , shapes ,size, weight,contains all will be inspected.
All PPS(pre-production samples) will be tested for clients’ approval before mass production. Tests include the color and thickness of plating ,Drop test,Tensile test,Constant temperature test ,Transportation test, Appearance Verification,ect. Regarding clients demand, we can provide SGS or other test reports.
Our project specialist will actively feedback the progress of the project to the customer every week. customers can save worry and effort, our team is aiming to become the customer's assistant and reliable business partner.
According to the PPS confirmed by the customer, 100% inspection is carried out one by one. If there are defective products, we will give feedback to the customer for confirmation on the same day and arrange for repair immediately. If necessary, we will carry out batch shipments so as not to delay the progress of the customer's project.
